What does my warranty cover?
If your warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). Can a store help me with my repairs?
Our stores are unable to repair your product but they are able to assist you in the shipment to one of our authorized repair centers. Visit and store associates will be happy to create your repair/RMA ticket, box, and ship your product to be repaired.
Are your backpacks waterproof?
Some of our products are water repellent and would be described as such in its features section of our website. This means the item is coated with a water repellent, but it is not necessarily water resistant or water proof.
Can I check my order status?
Your order number will be required to track your package. It is listed near the beginning of your order confirmation email, sent within 15 minutes of purchasing. It also appears in your purchase confirmation email, along with the tracking number for your package. Click on the tracking number located next to the product you would like to track to view your order status and expected delivery date. If order is βin route," you may opt in to receive updates via SMS or email.
How do I set my lock?
